MGM Mirage CITYCENTER LAS VEGAS
It is old news that MGM CityCenter has reduced prices by 30% in an effort to get exiting contract holders to close on the units they purchased pre-construction. Even with this price reduction, the condos on the Las Vegas Strip range in price from $700 per sq. ft. approximately at VEER and Vdara to about $1000 psf & up in the Mandarin. Given the state of the market in Las Vegas real estate in 2010, these prices are at the high end of the spectrum.
What is news - is that Donald Trump is not one to be out-foxed and the pricing at the prices of the remaining inventory at Trump Tower Las Vegas have been slashed as much as 50% as of Dec. 9th, 2010.
